Early Saver Program Benefits
•
Price Protection Assurance: With this unique protection policy,
if you find a lower Carnival advertised fare, after booking,
for the same sailing and accommodations Carnival will issue
the difference in the form of a non-refundable, non-transferable
onboard credit. The policy is effective up to two business
days prior to sailing. |

Saver Rates: best rates guaranteed, price protection, plus the
added benefit that comes with booking early – wide availability
of staterooms, dates and destinations.
The Early Saver Program applies to all stateroom category rates,
excluding Inside, Outside, Balcony and Suite Guarantee rates. |

| • The Early Saver are
available up to 3 months prior to sailing on short cruises (5 days
or shorter) and up to 5 months prior to sailing on long cruises
(6 days or greater). Early Saver Rates are not offered within 90
days of sailings for cruises of 5 days or less. Early Saver Rates
are not offered within 5 months of sailings for cruises of 6 days
or longer. |

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Up to $160 Cash Back per stateroom on select sailings
3-5 day sailings receive up to $80 cash back per stateroom
6 day or longer sailings receive up to $160 cash back per stateroom
Cash back offer is capacity controlled and is not combinable with free upgrades or any other discount or promotional offer. Combinable with Fun Select rates only. Minimum purchase of category 4A is required. Offer valid on new individual bookings made between Jul 12, 2010 and Jul 30, 2010. Promotion is applicable on select ships and departures between 7/12/10-2/28/11. Cash back offer is not valid on all categories. Please check with an agent prior to booking to verify if the cash back offer is valid on the sail date and category in question. Blackout dates may apply. Cruise rates are in U.S. dollars, per person and based on double occupancy. No name changes allowed. Cash back offer is non-transferable.
Cash back is provided as a refundable onboard credit to your Sail & Sign account of $40 per person up to a maximum of $80 per stateroom on select 3 - 5 day sailings and up to $80 per person up to a maximum of $160 per stateroom on select 6, 7 or 8 day sailings. If your Sail & Sign account has a cash balance at the end of the cruise after all authorized purchases have been applied to the account, any remaining unused portion of the cash back onboard credit will be delivered in check form to your stateroom on the morning of debarkation with your final Sail & Sign statement.

• All
Early Saver Program deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly suggested at the time
of booking. 3rd / 4th guests pay the standard deposit amount
that is non-refundable under the Early Saver guidelines.
• All
changes to a ship or sail date are subject to a $50 service fee
per person, per change. Changes made after the final payment
due date are subject to standard cancellation penalties.
• No name changes will be permitted. |
