Home-based Career Opportunities

Home-Based Cruise Sales Agents - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Purpose: To sell cruise vacations and options to potential customers through inbound/outbound telephone calls/e-mail leads. To close the sale of a cruise booking, up selling cruise packages to maximize revenue. To meet or exceed minimum monthly sales productivity goals.
Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent experience, two years' cruise sales experience selling multiple cruise lines either in person or on the telephone, cruise product knowledge, personal cruise travel experience, proficiency in sales and closing techniques required. Must possess excellent communication skills plus other requirements. We offer a base salary plus top commissions, travel benefits, vacation benefits, and more.

Port Everglades, FL. Headquarters Career Opportunities

Online Support Agents- Bilingual, English/Spanish
Purpose: To convert on-line inquiries into bookings and to sell Travelguard insurance. You’ll participate in three incentive programs and be eligible for all benefit programs including travel benefits.
Requirements: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have at least six months prior cruise sales experience in the cruise industry.

Call Center Sales Supervisor
Purpose: To motivate and coach cyber sales agents and customer service representatives to achieve sales and/or performance goals; to successfully complete assigned duties and responsibilities for the assigned team. Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2 to 5 years sales experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience required. Prior experience in the cruise industry or a call center is desired. Ability to coach, mentor, motivate, and train others, problem-resolution abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, PC proficiency, and other requirements. Exempt
