• 1 stateroom (dbl. occ.) for a site inspection
will be provided complimentary for groups with 10 or more staterooms
under deposit
• All parties must pay applicable port charges
• The site inspections must precede actual group sailing date
• The site inspection is encouraged to be on the same itinerary
as the actual group sailing
• Confirmation will be given
at least 90 days from sailing, based on space availability

only and are available in writing upon request. Payment via agency

with a flexible payment schedule:
• 10% with signed contract
• 15% due 6 months prior to sailing
• 25% due 4 months
prior to sailing
• Balance due 2 months prior to sailing
All rates are quoted net, per person, based on double-occupancy, cruise
only. Once you request a contract, simply sign and deposit and your
staterooms will be reserved immediately. We can also assist with collateral
materials, camera-ready artwork, photo images and videos to help you
market the program to your peak performers. With one of the highest
