Services
Celebrity welcomes guests with special needs and works hard to assist
you throughout your vacation. To receive appropriate assistance, be
sure to notify our Special Services Department CelebritySpecialServices@celebritycruises.com. Please be sure
to notify us, at the time you make your booking, or 21 days prior
to sailing for all U.S. sailings and 30 days prior to sailing for
non-U.S. sailings). Please be sure to let us know of any special medical
or physical needs you have, as well as any other relevant information,
including wheelchair characteristics, that will help us provide you
with the best vacation experience possible. If you are dependent on
oxygen or requiring oxygen therapy, you must supply your own oxygen,
and meet certain requirements prior to boarding the vessel. Please
contact our Special Services Desk at 800-242-6374 for more information.
All of our ships have staterooms designed to accommodate your special
needs. A letter from your physician on your doctor's letterhead with
confirmation of your disability is required for each guest requesting
a wheelchair-accessible/special needs stateroom.
Wheelchair assistance is provided for boarding and departing only.
