Dive-In at the Terrace Grill

This is the perfect spot for burgers fresh off the grill, still sizzling hot dogs, all of the toppings and perfect accompaniments, veggie and healthy fare. Dive-In Terrace at the Grill is perfectly situated near the pool so you are only steps from your chair.

Gelato

Authentic gelato made fresh onboard is a frozen treat you will love. Whether you select a cup, cone or on a stick once you add your favorite toppings you've orchestrated the perfect frozen indulgence.

Grand Dutch Cafe

Holland America's Dutch heritage is beautifully showcased in the Grand Dutch Café. From the predominantly blue and white color palate to the traditional Dutch snacks, coffees and pale lagers you will feel relaxed from the moment you enter.

Lido Restaurant and Market

Lido Restaurant is not your typical cruise ship buffet. Different international action stations at the Lido Market offer a delectable variety of options to grab to go or have freshly and quickly prepared in addition to your favorite comfort foods and other scrumptious fare. Selections include fresh squeezed orange juice, pancakes, cooked-to-order omelets, fresh fruits and more for breakfast. Pasta, an expansive salad bar, Asian stir-fry, pizza and gourmet sandwiches are just a few of the lunch offerings. For dinner waiter service is available and both Lido items as well as the main Dining Room menu are available and the option to dine al fresco is always on the table.

New York Deli & Pizza

When the mood strikes for a slice of home, New York Deli & Pizza has the perfect menu. From piled high deli sandwiches to piping hot and fresh personal pan pizzas as well as delicious crisp salads this eatery overlooking the pool is perfectly located to keep an eye on your chaise lounge.

Slice Pizza

You won't have to travel to Italy to enjoy the ambiance of the famed small Italian pizza shops. Gourmet pizza is made fresh and served piping hot by the slice or the pie. Its poolside location adds to what makes Slice Pizza a little piece of heaven onboard.

Main Dining Room

Sophisticated describes the décor, delectable describes the cuisine. Master Chef Rudi Sodamin has orchestrated elegant breakfasts, relaxed lunches and spectacular five-course dinners that will thrill the most discerning palates. From salmon and spinach cakes, cedar-baked red curry-coconut salmon to vegetarian options and decadent desserts the Main Dining Room is a delightful culinary journey. Choose from traditional fixed dining times or “As you Wish” flexible open seating.

Canaletto Restaurant

Canaletto is an authentic casual Italian restaurant. Traditional dishes meant to share with family and friends are delicious in flavor and beautiful in presentation. Dine on Zuppa di Pesce, Seared Beef Carpaccio, Potato Gnocchi, Grilled Sea Bass and more don't forget to try the Tiramisu or Limoncello Crème desserts. Your taste buds will say Grazie!

Culinary Arts Center

This daytime cooking school turns into an exciting representation of the farm-to-table dining experience in the evening. The Culinary Arts Center chefs take center stage in the show kitchen and prepare uncomplicated yet artisanal dishes course by course for the pleasure of guests. Some of the ingredients are actually grown onboard in a glass-enclosed growing area, how's that for fresh?

Le Cirque

"An Evening at Le Circque" is offered once per sailing in Pinnacle Grill. The authenticity of this famed dining experience comes from the pairing of Master Chef Rudi Sodamin and Le Cirque's Executive Chef Craig Hopson. From the whimsical orange Le Cirque china to the menu including Wild Burgundy Escargot, Chateaubriand, and the famed Crème Brûlée Le Cirque this is an exceptional meal from the moment you enter. Master Chef's Room

The Pinnacle sets the stage for the ultimate culinary experience. On select evenings you'll dine on a set 7 course menu designed by Master Chef Rudi Sodamin. The Pinnacle Grill Chef and Cellar Master host this gourmet fete at tables adorned by gorgeous linens, custom fine china, and premium wines. Fare may include Dungeoness Crab Salad, Pan Seared Goose Liver, Frappe of Maine Lobster & Porcini Bisque, Potato-Mustard Seed Crusted Black Cod, Duo of Veal, Chocolate Seduction, Artisan Cheeses, Petits Fours and more. Sel de Mer

Traditionally dressed waiters welcome you to this intimate and authentic feeling seafood brasserie. French classics with an innovative twist adorn the menu and thrill the palate. Dine on such exquisite dishes as bouillabaisse, fresh catch of the day, Maine lobster, coq au vin, duck cassoulet and more. C'est magnifique!

Tamarind

Tamarind is the dining destination for exotic flavors and unrivaled panoramic views. A combination of cuisine with Southeast Asia, China and Japan's culinary traditions lends a mystical air to your meal. The Pinnacle Grill

De Librije*
Hosted once per voyage in the Pinnacle Grill "Taste of De Librije" is a five-course extravaganza. Jonnie Boer, Culinary Council member, Michelin Star Chef and restaurateur in the Netherlands has brought the magic of his same named land venue to sea. From the restaurants transformation replicating its namesake to delightful creations including North Sea Scallops, Chilled Tomato Gazpacho, Duo of Lamb Loin, Deconstructed Apple Pie and more your palate will be thrilled.
