Main Dining Room
Each evening as the dinner hour approaches, the melodious call of
the chime master invites guests to the main dining room, where another
incredible experience awaits. Rare art, elegant staircases and panoramic
windows surround tables laid with fine linens, silver and sparkling
stemware. Servers greet guests and present menus of sumptuous five-course
selections, from appetizers and drinks to entrées and dessert.
Savor seared sea scallops, filet mignon topped with crab and Hollandaise,
and wines rated "excellent" by The Wine Spectator. Fresh
herbs and imaginative combinations make lighter fare an equally
tempting choice, and we gladly offer a kosher menu and options to
meet special dietary needs upon request.
The Lido Restaurant
Our Lido restaurant was the first of its kind in the cruise industry.
And although there are many imitators, none matches our extensive
menu or helpful service. Choose the Lido for a relaxed, casual meal.
Breakfast, lunch or dinner, the Lido offers a broad selection of
freshly carved meats and seafood, fruits and vegetables, breads
and cereals, beverages and desserts. Choose from sizzling Asian
stir-fry, popular pizza and pasta dishes, festive Mexican fare,
fresh salads and gourmet sandwiches. The Lido also offers different
seating venues. Eat indoors in the air-conditioned restaurant or
enjoy the fresh air on deck.
The Pinnacle Grill Experience
Guests who dine at the intimate, reservations-only Pinnacle Grill
enjoy a dining experience themed to reflect the Pacific Northwest.
Candlelight and fine décor create a romantic ambiance that
sets the stage for fresh Northwest dishes and select wines. Changing
menus in the Pinnacle Grill include savory seafood dishes such as
Northwest clam chowder, Alaskan king salmon and Dungeness crab cakes
with spiral shaved cucumber and sweet chili sauce. Premium hand-selected
cuts of beef and unique items like wild mushroom ravioli are also
featured. A collection of delectable desserts naturally includes
baked Alaska. Guests who wish to enjoy the Pinnacle Grill experience
should make reservations early. There is a modest surcharge for
this extraordinary dining experience.
