MSC Bellissima will debut in 2019 as the line's newest flagship and the second of its 167,000-ton Meravaglia-class of mega-ships, as well as a sister to the highly acclaimed MSC Meraviglia. Bearing the name that means "very beautiful," she will dazzle her 4,500 guests with such stunning features as an atrium stairway sparkling with genuine Swarovski crystals.
She offers the perfect cruise experience at sea, with panoramic spaces, world-class entertainment, an extensive sports area, fabulous spa with an exclusive thermal suite, state-of-the-art fitness center and a multitude of chic bars and swanky lounges. Boasting "smart ship" features, her cutting-edge technology allows guests to easily access their staterooms, make payments, as well as geo-locate children with their cruise card or smartphone and more.
Family-friendly throughout, MSC Bellissima has extensive programs and facilities for kids plus a dedicated area just for teens and older teens, as well as "cluster cabins" that are ideal for multigenerational cruising. An immense amusement park and sports center is for playing games during the day and dancing at night. Action-packed waterslides, a splash pool and a fun champagne bowl are at the water park. Thrill-seekers can attach themselves to a rope and cross the ship 200 feet above the water. Stroll along the inside two-deck promenade that is lined with a host of dining venues and bars, highlighted by a ceiling covered by a huge LED screen that continually changes images. Nightly parades held here create a festive atmosphere. F1 simulators, a full-size bowling alley, a virtual games arcade and a fabulous shopping area, will keep everyone in the family happy and busy.
