Cruise.com is now recruiting for home-based ONLINE SUPPORT AGENTS TO JOIN OUR TALENTED TEAM OF CYBER CRUISE SALES EXPERTS on january 18, 2010.

Online Support Agent Requirements: You must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have a minimum of one year cruise industry sales experience (No exceptions)

Purpose: To convert on-line inquiries into bookings and to sell TravelGuard insurance. Requirements: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have at least one year of prior cruise industry experience either with a single cruise line or selling multiple cruise lines. We offer a base salary plus competitive monthly/quarterly incentive plan, travel benefits, vacation benefits, and more. You must be able to work a 40-hour, five day workweek answering calls on any shift and on weekends. Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a telephone interview in English and Spanish. All final candidates must successfully complete a criminal/employment background check.

Home-based Career Opportunities in OUR 24/7 VIRTUAL CALL CENTER

No Openings at this time. Home-Based Cruise Sales Agents - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Needed for Some Positions
Purpose: To sell cruise vacations and options to potential customers through inbound/outbound telephone calls/e-mail leads. To close the sale of a cruise booking, up selling cruise packages to maximize revenue. To meet or exceed minimum monthly sales productivity goals.
Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent experience, two years' cruise sales experience selling multiple cruise lines either in person or on the telephone, cruise product knowledge, personal cruise travel experience, proficiency in sales and closing techniques required. Must possess excellent communication skills plus other requirements. We offer a base salary plus top commissions, travel benefits, vacation benefits, and more. Home-based benefits program applies. Must be able to work a 35-hour, five day workweek answering calls on any shift and on weekends.

Purpose: To answer incoming calls from customers for the purposes of resolving problems, providing information, and answering questions while providing a high level of service to our customers. High school diploma, one year of recent sales and/or service cruise travel industry experience, excellent English verbal, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills, professional manner, able to analyze, evaluate, and solve problems, strong desire to please the customer required. (Bilingual skills -- English/Spanish would be a plus). Special equipment requirements exist for this position. Must be able to work a 40-hour, five day workweek answering calls on any shift between 8 a.m. and midnight, Monday through Friday and between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekends. Base pay plus monthly incentive plan apply. Full time only
