
PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Book an eligible cruise through Cruise.com for two or more people sharing a balcony or higher category stateroom between July 1, 2025 and July 14, 2025 and receive a code to be able to purchase an eligible 5-night stay at a participating El Cid resort in Mexico for two people on a room-only basis, for $600, which includes the all-inclusive fee, room, food, beverages, and one-way shared transportation from the nearest airport to the resort (the "Promotion"). Please note that transportation to El Cid's Cozumel resort is only provided from Cozumel international airport. This Promotion is open only to residents of the United States or Canada who are 18 years old or older. Please note that additional age restrictions may apply to the cruise and the resort stay will require at least one guest to be 21 years or older.
These promotional terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set forth a legally binding agreement among Cruise.com, the purchaser ("Purchaser," "you" or "your") who purchases products and/or services through Cruise.com, and Open Network Exchange Inc ("ONE", together with Cruise.com, "we", "us", "our"), and the fulfilment provider for the resort stay certificate. Please review these Terms and Conditions thoroughly as well as all terms and conditions and policies and procedures supplied by the provider of any product or service ("Provider") offered through the Promotion ("Provider Terms"). To the extent of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Provider Terms, these Terms and Conditions will govern and control. By purchasing and/or redeeming products and/or services through the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Cruise.com Plus Privacy Notice and program Terms & Conditions, Cruise.com's terms and conditions with respect to the cruise purchase, and Provider Terms, which are incorporated herein. You accept all of these terms on the behalf of any traveling companions, users of any product or service purchased through the Promotion, and/or guests (including minors and those under any disability) (collectively with you, "Guests"). By participating in this Promotion you agree that it is your sole responsibility to inform all other Guests of the contents of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Provider Terms.
In some instances, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, separate guidelines, rules, or terms of service setting forth additional or different terms and/or conditions may apply to your participation in the Promotion (in each such instance, and collectively, "Additional Terms"). To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any Additional Terms, these Terms and Conditions will control unless the Additional Terms expressly state otherwise.
The Promotion is for a limited time. The Promotion is not redeemable for cash and non-transferrable. All upgrades are based on availability and current fees at the time of booking. The Promotion is only available for new bookings on select cruise lines and/or cruise itineraries, and on a limited availability and capacity-controlled basis (regardless of stateroom availability). Other exclusions may apply; void where prohibited. Changes or refunds may not be permitted. The Promotion and its parts (if any) are not transferable, not substitutable, and not redeemable for cash. The Promotion or any part of it may be changed or ended at any time. Please refer to the terms and conditions that apply to all cruise bookings through Cruise.com.
CERTIFICATE AND RESORT STAY
To receive the Promotion certificate, you will receive a code that you must redeem by calling 888-219-1683 and then paying the $600 for the certificate. You must call in to redeem your code and purchase your certificate by December 31, 2025. When you call in you will be required to activate and set up an account at Cruise.com Plus where you can redeem the certificate for a 5-night stay at an eligible El Cid resort in Mexico. By activating an account and using cruise.com Plus you agree to the Website Terms of Use, program Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Notice. Please carefully review these before participating in the Promotion.
The Promotion certificate covers the cost of the resort room on a room-only basis for the base rate (unless noted otherwise) and does not cover the resort fee or any local lodging taxes, environmental taxes, parking fees, service dog fees, Wi-Fi costs, additional resort amenities, laundry services, upgrades, travel, transfers, travel insurance or other related costs for which you are responsible and may be due at time of check-in, or through a separate provider, if applicable. Extra nights' accommodation, room upgrades, special facilities or any other such supplements are chargeable and are to be paid by you, at the time of the booking or upon check-in based on the resort's Provider Terms. Any Guest under twenty-one (21) years of age must be accompanied by a Guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older who shall assume responsibility for their care during the stay. Please review the individual resort Provider Terms. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with a resort's booking requirements. Stays are subject to availability and must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to check-in. Certain seasons and other high-demand times may be available subject to an additional cost at the time of booking.
The certificate is subject to an expiration date. You must call in to purchase your certificate by December 31, 2025. Once you have the certificate will have until June 30, 2026 to select and book an eligible resort stay and that stay must occur by December 31, 2026. Unused certificates are non-refundable. Each resort's Provider Terms apply to any booking made at such property and you are responsible for compliance with such Provider Terms. If you cancel your booking for any reason, you will not be refunded or provided with a replacement certificate.
AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES OR BILLING TERMS
All products and services are capacity controlled and subject to availability. Such products and services are not guaranteed until confirmation is received from the Provider. Availability may be limited during key periods throughout the year such as (but not limited to), Valentine’s Day, Mother’s/Father’s Day, school holidays, public holidays and the month of December.
Products and services included in the Promotion may not be available at all times and may be substituted or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right, at any time, to change prices and billing methods for products and services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the products and services or by e-mail delivery to you. Providers retain certain rights to increase fares and rates (including, without limitation, taxes, service charges, airport charges, and government fees), modify itineraries, change availability, and change and/or discontinue promotions and/or special offers, at any time for any reason. Any increase in price or rate imposed by the Provider will be passed on to Purchaser, and Purchaser agrees to such increase, unless otherwise stated in the Provider Terms related to the individual transaction.
NO RESPONSIBILITY TO SELL MISPRICED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We do our best to describe every item, product or service offered through the Promotion as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that specifications or pricing displayed is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of any errors relating to the pricing or specifications of any item, product or service, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders in our sole discretion. If we charged your credit card or other account prior to cancellation, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.
BOOKING CANCELLATION/CHANGES
The fees assessed by a Cruise.com and/or a Provider as a result of a cancellation or change are set forth on the Booking Confirmation and apply to all transactions purchased through us. Each Provider has specific cancellation policies and fees separate and apart from our cancellation policies and fees. Provider Terms may treat name changes and departure date changes as cancellations.
If transportation or other services are cancelled by the Provider, all sums paid to the Provider for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the Provider and you will be refunded within thirty (30) days of receiving the funds from the Provider with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the Provider, the funds shall be returned within fourteen (14) days after cancellation by the Provider to you unless you request the Provider to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
SELLER OF TRAVEL
ONE is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. #ST-43055. ONE is also a registered seller of travel in the following states: Washington UBI #604-664-678, Hawaii #TAR-7441 and California #CST 2147520-50. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. ONE is not a participant in the California Travel Restitution Fund. California requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. ONE maintains a Consumer Protection Bond issued by Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company in the amount of $100,000.00.
