About Costa Smeralda

Named to honor Sardinia's gorgeous Emerald Coast, Costa's Smeralda debuted in 2019. This stunning 182,700-ton, 6,518-guest flagship is currently the fleets largest and the first Helios-class vessel. Another first for the line, she is powered by clean-burning liquefied natural gas (LNG) reducing her carbon footprint.

Celebrating Costa's Italian heritage, each deck represents a famous Italian city with photographic panels and a television showcasing the views of that city. Public areas are dedicated to the country's iconic places and squares, beautifully brought to life through the exceptional vision of famed designer Adam D. Tihany and Dordoni Architetti. A 4,305-square-foot onboard museum pays homage to the renowned excellence of Italian design.

Discover attractions for all ages, including four swimming pools a stunning two-deck theater, and more.
